Estonia has committed an additional €10 million to NATO’s Prioritised Ukraine Requirements List (PURL), the mechanism through which Allies fund US-origin equipment for Ukraine. NATO confirmed the contribution. The announcement does not specify the equipment to be financed or a delivery schedule.

ASSESSMENT: The contribution expands the pool of funding available for priority requirements. It should not be read as confirmation that particular systems have been allocated, delivered or made operational.
