Authorities in Lebanon reported seizing about 200 kilograms of explosives near the Syrian border. The shipment was allegedly being moved from Syria toward al-Qasr.
A separate truck carrying a larger quantity of explosives had been seized the previous week. Any connection between the seizures, or any alleged armed-group link, remains under investigation.
